The turnaround time was remarkably quick—I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by lunchtime. Everything was explained clearly, and they even gave me tips on how to maintain my brakes in the future. The only thing I would suggest is to have more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a little crowded when busy. I can't recommend this auto repair shop enough! I was having trouble with my air conditioning during the heatwave, and I didn't know where to turn. When I arrived, they greeted me with smiles and got straight to work. They diagnosed the issue quickly and even showed me the parts that needed replacing, which I appreciated. The repair took about an hour, and they kept me updated every step of the way. The atmosphere was positive, and they made what could be a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Not only did they fix the AC, but they also gave me some great advice for future maintenance. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to improve the signage outside, as it can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area. Overall, I'm thrilled with the service and will definitely return for any future auto issues!
